Work-in-Progress (WIP)In April we were joined by Jessica Brown from the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station who presented “Advancements in the Application of Systemic Acaricides to Wildlife” and Sam Telford from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University who presented “Heritable Immunization of Mice to Intervene Against Enzootic Lyme Disease Spirochete Transmission”. All the work-in-progress meetings are on alternating Wednesdays at 11:00 am during the semester. On May 7th we’ll hear from Dr. Patrick Pearson about his work with white-tailed deer.
